Kiddies Leadership
Our Kiddies family has leaders that are committed in working together to inspire, nurture and teach young minds to become independent learners.
Centre Director
Our Centre Director, Allesha, is responsible for overseeing the KLH facility to ensure that children have a safe and fun environment to learn and socialise with others. Allesha holds a very important task ensuring KLH facilitates a play-based learning environment and develops learning programs responsive to children's ideas, strengths and abilities that inspire independent learners.
Responsible Person
Each shift at KLH has a 'Responsible person in day-to-day charge', primarily to collaborate with educators and provide policy and procedure compliance and guidance regarding best practices for service delivery.
Educational Leaders
Our Educational Leaders collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance regarding the EYLF and Montessori Programming. This is achieved by supporting educators to implement the planning cycle to enhance programs and practices.
